Kilcock Golf Club
Newly re-developed at a cost of €2.2 million this Parkland Course includes Greens and Tee Boxes to USGA Specification. The course has many water features and a wide array of challenging bunkers and is a challenge for golfers of all handicaps. Ashbourne Golf Club
This is one of Meath’s most scenic golf courses. It is designed with lakes and mature trees strategically placed to challenge even the most experienced golfer. A river flowing through the course further enhances its beauty. It is a testing course, each hole having a character of its own.
Black Bush Golf Club
With 27 holes of a well drained parkland course, we are open most of the year for play. We have three interchangeable 9-hole courses that keep things moving.
Black Bush Golf Club is situated only minutes from Fairyhouse Racecourse. Mature trees leading up to well maintained greens line the fairways. There are a number of tricky holes that will prove a challenge to even the most practised of golfers. This course provides a wonderful opportunity for an enjoyable round of golf in an ideal setting. Headfort Golf Club – Old Course
Headfort’s Old Course is one of the finest examples of a long-established, mature challenge, with its large selection of trees gracing the fairways and excellent greens. Established in 1928, the old course, formerly part of the Headfort Estate, was developed into an 18-hole course in 1956. Visitors from all over the world enjoy the experience of playing Headfort’s old course. “This is potentially, the most attractive 36-hole parkland facility in the country,” according to Dermot Gilleece of the Sunday Independent.
Rathcore Golf and Country Club
This magnificently fashioned golf course offers 18 challenging holes of play set against the backdrop of the rolling drumlins of County Meath. Spectacular water features reflect tree-lined horizons, generous greens and wide fairways. History embraces the creativity of this modern course design. The 130-acre estate contains two ring forts dating from pre-Christian times and a mote inside which Anglo Norman knights built a wooden fortress to protect the territory wrested from the hands of the native Irish. A round at Rathcore is something special. The sculptured course is a place of natural undulating beauty. Enhanced by a tree-lined horizon of oak and furze it is punctuated by six stone-lined spring water lakelets. Navan Golf Club
Navan golf course is located on the lands of Navan Racecourse. The 18-hole, par-72 course was designed by Robert J Browne. It is a challenge for even the most experienced of golfers with a total length of 6,082m. A bonus for the winter golfer is the excellent sand-based greens. The course is popular with golf societies and everyone, from beginners to the very experienced, are always welcome. The adjoining 15-bay, floodlit driving range allows the golfer the opportunity to improve their swing.
Julianstown Golf Course
Excellently maintained and located, this 9-hole parkland golf course and 18-hole pitch and putt can be found along the R132. This challenging 9-hole course has five par fours and four par threes along with many difficult bunkers. A lake skirts the third fairway making this a challenging par three. When you arrive at our sixth tee box, you are faced with a strong 335yd par four. Our tree-lined fairways and natural terrain offer a most enjoyable game. The pitch and putt course is the largest in the country. Club hire, teas and coffees are available.
South Meath Golf Club
Trim Castle, the setting for the film Braveheart, is only a short distance from this very pleasant parkland course. The 18-hole course is designed with fairways and beautiful mature trees. The generous greens provide an extra bonus.
Royal Tara Golf Club

Bellewstown Golf Course is an exciting championship length, parkland course, built by the Leonard family, on their 150-acre farm, which was originally part of the Hilltown Estate. Situated near the M1, 20 minutes from Dublin airport and 10 minutes from Drogheda, with easy access to the north of Ireland, this par-72 course promises to be a challenging and enjoyable experience for golfers of all levels. The 18 holes are played over a distance of just over 6,700yd, with beautiful fairways leading to state of the art USGA greens. County Meath Golf Club
This is a challenging 18-hole parkland course. It has 18 sand-based greens designed by Tom Craddock. Overlooked by an imposing clubhouse, this course tests the ability of all golfers.
Situated one mile from the town of Trim – home of Trim Castle, one of the largest Norman castles in Ireland, it is close to the Hill of Tara where the high kings of Ireland once lived. This excellent parkland golf course also lies near Newgrange.
This par-73 parkland golf course is maintained to a very high standard. Each hole tests every aspect of an individual’s game from tee to green. The fairways are designed to be a challenge for golfers who aspire to position themselves long off the tee, but are forgiving to shorter drivers.
The greens are sand based, each with their own individual character, some elevated, some two tiered and all guarded by approach bunkers that pose questions of any approach shot about to be played.
Summerhill Golf Club
This 9-hole parkland course is located in Co Meath, just north of Dublin. Though a 9-hole course, it has the capacity to play a full 18 courtesy of different tee boxes on each hole.

Headfort Golf Club – New Course
This fantastic, modern, parkland course criss crosses the River Blackwater and makes use of two islands. Headfort House, built in 1780, provides a stunning backdrop to some of the holes. Its fairways are graced with mature native Irish trees, which enhance this picturesque setting. Headfort’s new course is also home to a magnificent Asiatic tree collection. Christy O’Connor Jnr, the designer of the new course, has made maximum use of the two islands on the Blackwater, the surrounding forests and the magnificent, mature, broadleaf trees dotted around the land. Laytown & Bettystown Golf Club
The Laytown & Bettystown course sweeps along the coast with views of the Irish Sea and Maiden Tower, Morington. It can best be described as a most enjoyable challenge. This traditional links course is reputed to have a tough par 71. It is at its most formidable when the breeze picks up off the Irish Sea. The course represents all that is great about links golf while the greens are consistently smooth and true. This traditional links has produced many fine international players, the best known of whom is Des Smyth. There are some fine holes in this stretch of links land, not least the par five (fourth) where it takes two perfect shots to reach and hold the plateau green. The toughest hole on the back is the 11th, a par four of 462yd. All in all, the par of 71 is a stiff target.
