Changes to Booking Terms & Conditions
During these challenging time we have had to put in place changes to our Terms and Conditions in order to keep everyone as safe as possible therefore there will be no cash transactions allowable on site.
- All utilities must be paid in advance by credit/debit card.
- The damage/security deposit must be paid approx 3 days prior to arrival by credit / debit card. West Coast Holidays will be in contact with you directly by phone in order to arrange this.
- Due to the extra cleaning precautions and sanitising that is involved in preparing the holiday homes for occupation, the check-in and check-out times have to be strictly adhered to. We will therefore be unable to accommodate requests for any times outside of these periods.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause and we appreciate your support and participation in this effort to keep everyone safe during these times. In the meantime we hope that you and your loved ones stay safe and well.
