These 3 story houses are ideally located within the town of Kilkee. They are ideally suited for couples and families alike as the houses consist of two ensuite bedrooms. The houses are just few minutes walk to the beautiful horse shoe Blue Flag beach which Kilkee is famous for!

The beach is one of the safest in Ireland for bathing and swimming as it slopes toward the sea without strong current. Another choice for swimmers are the natural rock enclosed pools including the famous pollock Holes where the water level changes with the tide.

For indoor swimming there is the Waterworld with a range of facilities including bubble pool, shower geysers, lazy river and a 61m crystal tower slide. Other attractions includes surf school, scuba diving, 18 Hole championship quality golf course, fishing, walking, putch & putt and a variety of cafes, restaurants, and bars.

We are situated at the western extremity of the Sliabh Liag peninsula, in the wonderfully remote parish of Glencolmcille. In a landscape of timeless beauty lies the remnants of ancient past-pagan and Christian, rooted in quiet contemplation on hillside, valley, bog and isle.

The area hosts approximately eighty documented archaeological sites spanning a period of 5000 years including important examples of virtually all monument types known nationally.

Swallows Rest

The Garden Apartment at Swallows Rest is a large self-contained apartment on the edge of Wicklow Town. The apartment offers spacious accommodation for 5/6 people.

Located on the ground floor of the owner’s home the apartment is fully self-contained. The large living room come dining room has a patio door to the garden with patio furniture. The room is equipped with comfortable sofas and chairs and there is large dining table for six people.

There is ‘free-to-air’ satellite TV, a CD player and a DVD player. Guests can also avail of free WiFi.

The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything required for a self-catering holiday in Wicklow. Appliances include:

The master bedroom, with large five foot bed, is ensuite and has a wall mounted 32 inch flat screen tv. The second bedroom, with patio doors, has two single beds. There is another shower room for occupants of this room.

The large landscaped garden is there to be enjoyed with many secluded areas to avail of the sunshine.

Wicklow has a large selection of restaurants and pubs. All offer great hospitality and great food and drink.

There are several supermarkets in town along with boutiques and many more attractive shops.

Brittas Bay, one of Ireland’s finest beaches, is only 20 minutes by car.

South Dublin (Dundrum Town Centre) is only 30 minutes by car
