This single-storey Clare cottage has two double bedrooms, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with oil stove, whilst outside there is a front patio garden, perfect for enjoying an alfresco breakfast before setting off and exploring the many interesting places in Clare and the surrounding counties.
The popular village of Lahinch boasts a number of pubs and restaurants, as well as a sandy beach, plus this village is a favourite with surfers. Within driving distance are the wonderful Cliffs of Moher, the internationally recognised Burren area, with its unusual flora and fauna and the Spa town of Lisdoonvarna. A lovely cottage for an Irish breakaway.

Coming from Ennis on the N85 Lahinch road, follow and stay on the N85 for about 17 miles. As you come into Ennistymon, from Ennis, there is a left turn which is signposted “LAHINCH. Drive along this road for about 2 miles and as you come into Lahinch, the Sancta Maria Hotel is on your right, Take the first right turn after this hotel. This is the Liscannor Road.
Continue along this road, crossing a bridge and follow the road as it veers left. You will come to a right turn sign posted “BALLYELLERY”. Take this right turn.
Continue along this road as it goes uphill and then downhill and then veers to the left. After about 1.5 miles, you will come to a four cross road junction. Take the turn right.
After half a mile, turn left at a stone wall with a black gate on the corner.
The Farmhouse is the second house on your right after about 250 yards.
