Changes to Booking Terms & Conditions

During this challenging time we understand the need for some of our customers to alter their bookings with us and as such we have changed our terms and conditions to coincide with the governments guidelines for movement throughout the country.

  • Until the government have set a date for lifting of travel restrictions we will not be processing any balances due on bookings.
  • Money that has been paid for existing bookings can be allocated against a booking for a different date (please be aware that if the change of dates incur a higher cost than the original booking you will have to make a balance payment prior to arrival date).
  • If you do not have a date in mind to reschedule to at the moment, the monies paid will be held in credit  until December 2021.

We hope that these restrictions are short lived but in the meantime we hope that you and your loved ones stay safe and well.
